We shoot. Most studios buy stock or hire out, and stock imagery is one of the main reasons websites look alike — no layout survives the same photograph everyone else is using. Original images are how a site stops looking like its competitors.

You own it. The domain is registered in your account, the hosting is yours, the code repository transfers to you. If you leave, nothing has to be rebuilt and nothing is held hostage.
